PLASTIC TUBING

Nylon Tubing

Nylon tubing offers the highest burst pressures of the low pressure thermoplastic line of tubing. Impacts that often damage metal tubing have no effect on nylon tubing because of its high resilience. High corrosion resistance to chemical solvents, alkalis, mineral oils, acids, petroleum oils and grease, hectic acids in milk,  and photographic solutions.  Nylon tubing is also non-toxic and odorless.
Typical applications include:
Instrumentation panels, lubrication lines, low pressure hydraulic lines, food processing, evaporation coolers, automation controls, air and hydrocarbon fuels, fuel and oil lines, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper processing industries.

Polyethylene Tubing

Polyethylene tubing is the most economical and flexible of the thermoplastic tubing line.  It is ideal where low pressure and temperatures exist. Polyethylene tubing is non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless.  It resists most solvents, chemicals, and will not support fungus.
Typical applications include:
Chemical plants, metal wash plants, automation equipment, instrumentation, paper mills, and machine tool industry.
